Participants will see how Annexes 1, 2, 11, and 15 shape daily operations, from licensing and separation standards to aeronautical data integrity and notification practices.</p>

<p>The course is structured around the LAWB 3 learning goals, beginning with an orientation to scope, expectations for regulatory referencing, and the assessment approach of 10 quizzes and end-of-course surveys. It then builds core understanding of ICAO state responsibilities and Eurocontrol’s pan-European interoperability and harmonization functions, clarifying the boundaries between global standards, regional specifications, and national transposition.
