Module 1 – Training-regulation framework (~3 h)
• 1.1 Global & regional rules – Doc 9868 CBTA design cycle, Eurocontrol lineage
• 1.2 EU / national law – Regulation (EU) 2015/340 & AMC1 ATCO.D.090
• 1.3 Unit training system – hierarchy: UTP → lesson plans → records
