Quiz — Absence and Immigration Obligations

Every type of absence a sponsor encounters — authorised, unauthorised, sick, maternity, paternity, compassionate, study leave, suspension — and when each becomes a reportable event on the SMS.

From a single sick day to a year of maternity leave, every period of absence from a sponsored worker creates record-keeping obligations — and some create reporting obligations. This module covers every absence type a sponsor encounters and tells you exactly what to do with each.
