One of the most important elements to disputing is understand account types and elements.

You need to know what each of them are to understand how to use them. 

This is why I've created a glossary of sorts that will break down and explain account types (e.g. collections, charge-offs, etc.), as well as account elements (e.g. date last active, balance, etc.).
